Mary in the service dept. scheduled the appt for our Jetta. She was informative and if she didn't know an answer she consulted the mechanic. All went well. The price at Mankato Motors is the best in MN and ND for the TDI timing belt change. Looking forward to visiting Mankato Motors again. BTW... we live in NW Minnesota, it was well worth the drive.

We were looking for a specific vehicle for three months and found what we were looking for at Mankato Motors. I inquired through the website on a Sunday evening, and Travis responded first thing Monday morning. After he e-mailed us a video of the vehicle, we looked at it in person and the rest was history. After many attempts to work with other dealers, Mankato Motors was by far the best with prompt & friendly service. I would recommend this dealer to anyone interested in changing vehicles. Mankato Motors was excellent to work with! They made the whole car buying process so easy! Our salesman Travis Morris was AWESOME! He was hard working and did his very best to get us in the vehicle that best fit our family. We would highly recommend Mankato Motors and Travis Morris to everyone we know! We won't go anywhere else to buy our vehicles, they have new lifetime customers now!

I keep comig back to Mankato Motors. They are by far the most friendly group of people I have ever worked with. It makes me feel great to walk into a business and everyone can greet me by name or at least with a smile and a pleasant greeting. The service department is second to none. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vechile.

I bought my car from Jason Steele at Mankato Motors almost a year ago now and I still love my new car. I was in dire need of a new car and Jason helped find me a good car that was within my budget and was even able to deliver it to me when I was in Shakopee visiting my family. I can't thank him and Mankato Motors enough for their kind, helpful and knowledgeable service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

I had a very pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle from Mike Bidwell, dealer at Mankato Motors in Mankato, MN. Knowing I was expecting to delay my purchase of a used vehicle for a few months, Mike simply asked me to list all the options I needed to have on a used car so that he could be on the 'look out' for me. I explained to Mike that he had his hands full as I wanted a $40000 used vehicle with a $20000 budget. Mike not only found a car that fulfilled all my requirements, but he found one better than I had even requested! And it was priced at $4000 less that what I was expecting to pay! Mike was very professional, but approachable - which I consider a very great asset in sales people these days! He wasn't a pressure salesman, but he guided me in the ways that I needed to be guided. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone out there looking to purchase a vehicle. I promise you won't be disappointed!!
